Since we provide you with time based informational, research, courier, process serving and investigative services there are NO refunds for services rendered. There are NO refunds after we receive your service request. All service must be prepaid. We accept all credit cards.

A. C. E., Inc. bills most services on an hourly basis. Some long term projects are specially priced. All billing is accounted for in increments of one half-hour minimums. The client pays for all expenses and applicable taxes. Initial consultations are always Pro Bono. A reasonable retainer and the completion of our request service form with your authorized signature are required before the commencement of requested services.Private Process of Service
Standard Fee's for serving your Florida legal papers are determined by the location (zip code) where services are to be effectuated. Rush and same day services are available 365 days a year 24 hours a day and are billed at double the standard fee. All process serving services must be prepaid in advance on services. Data Destruction Policy:
We only data store process serving services information for a period of thirty days after a service is complete. All Private Investigation files are saved for two years as required by Florida law.
